Pre-session survey

Three quick questions to help us calibrate the session to the room you're in. Takes 2 minutes. Results show up live in the facilitator's dashboard.

Time required: 2 minutes. Deadline: 24 hours before your session.

Heads up (facilitator only): the form backend isn't configured yet. Open the setup walkthrough to deploy the Google Apps Script and paste the URL into assets/config.js. Teachers' submissions won't be captured until that's done.

Your name and grade band

1. How often do you currently use AI tools in your work? Never I've tried it once or twice Occasionally (once or twice a month) Weekly Most days

2. How comfortable do you feel using AI in your work? (1 = not at all, 10 = very)

Be honest. Sandbagging low or high doesn't help us calibrate the session for the room.

3. One task you'd love AI to take off your plate (or shrink in half)

Be specific. "Grading" is less useful than "Grading short-response exit tickets every Friday."

4. Optional: one concern you want addressed (not required, but read)
