Goal

Show that AI is already working in real S2 classrooms, by real colleagues, so the "if they can, I can" barrier drops. Everyone leaves with one specific thing to try before January.

Prep

Line up 3 presenters in advance (from Oct/Nov sessions or the showcase). Coach each to one concrete thing, 5 minutes, real not polished.
Test each presenter's screen-share / file before the room fills.
Poll control open for the closing "what will you try" question.
The Practitioner Showcase page (showcase/index.html) open to add new entries.

Say "No new content today. You're going to watch three of your colleagues, not me, show one thing they actually do. Steal shamelessly."

Three presenters · ~8 minutes each

Presenter format: one concrete use, shown live or with the real artifact, then 2–3 minutes of Q&A. Not a theory talk.
Aim for range: a non-technical staff win (e.g., a Development or office workflow), a classroom move from a teacher leader, and one emerging teacher use case.
You (facilitator) keep time hard and pull the "so anyone here could do this" thread after each.

Watch Protect the humility. The credibility is "I actually did this," not slick production. Cut anyone drifting into a lecture.

Hands-on · steal one thing (laptops open)

This session's "work" is commitment, not building:

Each person writes down one thing they just saw that they'll try before January, and the first small step to do it.
Push it to the poll as a word cloud ("one thing you're stealing today") and read a few aloud.
Quick "steal this" round: anyone can shout out one small win of their own not yet shown.

Do Invite the three presenters (and any volunteers) to add an entry to the Practitioner Showcase before they leave.

After the session

Post the "one thing I'm stealing" word cloud.
Add the new showcase entries; line up January's Science presenters if any emerged.
