Monthly Workshops

A proposed plan: nine 45-minute sessions, one per month, alternating buildings. Same curriculum across the school; calibrated by month to where teachers are in the year.

Proposed. This is a draft plan, not a commitment. Sessions, dates, and staffing are still to be decided.

Each session is designed around one shape: a quick opening poll, a focused demo, hands-on time where teachers make one usable thing with their own material, and a share-out with a monthly commitment. Facilitators: the draft run-of-show for every session lives in the admin console.

    Policy refresh and early-year routines for AI disclosure

    Three weeks into the school year. How is the policy landing? What are students actually doing? Sharpen the in-class routines now while they are still being formed.

    Subject deep dive · ELA

    Writing instruction in an AI-saturated world. Voice, ghostwriting, the disclosure habit, the critique-AI-output move as a teaching tool.

    Where AI helps (problem generation, scaffolded hints, alternative explanations) and where it doesn't (anything where the model is confidently wrong about a number).

    Three colleagues show one thing each: a classroom move that stuck, an office workflow that saved real time, and an emerging use case. Real work, shown live, not polished. The school-year answer to "if they can, you can."
