Get Started
For teachers who have not used AI tools meaningfully in their work. The goal is simple: replace anxiety with one good experience, and leave with ten prompts you actually used on real things on your plate this week.

What AI is, in plain language
Demystification. What an LLM actually does in one sentence. Why it makes things up. Why it is not a search engine. The three things it is genuinely good at and the three things it is bad at.

Privacy, disclosure, and the S2 policy
Walk-through of the student AI policy. Privacy red lines: no student PII, no HR data, no donor data, no confidential documents. How disclosure works. The training opt-out and why it matters.

Your first ten prompts
Hands-on. Each teacher leaves with ten prompts they actually used for things on their plate this week. Rubric drafting, parent email tone-up, exit-ticket question generation, reading-level adaptation, differentiation, behavior-incident write-up, vocabulary lists, scaffolded question stems.

Where AI fits in your week
The "find one hour" exercise. Each teacher identifies one recurring weekly task AI can shave time off and commits to trying it before the first drip session.

Closing demo
This whole site, and the live poll that ran on your phone, were built with AI by someone with no engineering background. A teacher built something for their classroom. If they can, you can. Sets up the school-year drip and the practitioner showcase as ongoing structures.
