After the Summer Kickoff

Pick one. Find your partner.

One change you'll make in your work over the next two weeks. Named task. Named AI move. Named partner. Calendar entry already on the books.

The point: teachers who do this with a partner and a deadline are about twice as likely to follow through than teachers who don't. The pledge isn't busywork — it's the whole reason the 90 minutes work.
Be specific. "Grading" is too broad. "Writing parent emails about behavior incidents" is right.
Reference the Five Levels and the prompt library if you need ideas. Be specific about the tool.
The partner you found in the room. Their name and email.
Already on both of your calendars. Within the next 14 days.
One sentence. What does success look like?

Your pledge is locked in

Now email it to your accountability partner so it's in both your inboxes. Copy the text below. Subject: AI pledge — [your name].

One last thing: if you haven't put the check-in on your calendar yet, do it now. Before you close this tab.
